1. GENERAL

1.1

The customer’s attention is drawn to these Terms and Conditions. All orders placed with Sleep Comfi Beds LTD via https://sleepcomfibeds.co.uk and all contractual agreements entered into through the website are subject to these Terms and Conditions at all times.

1.2

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall affect or limit the statutory rights of a consumer under UK law.

2. DEFINITIONS

For the purpose of these Terms and Conditions:

“the Company” means Sleep Comfi Beds LTD
“the Customer” means any individual, firm, business, partnership, company, or organisation placing an order
“the Goods” means any products supplied by the Company, including beds, mattresses, bases, headboards, and accessories
“the Premises” means the delivery address provided by the Customer at checkout
“the Price” means the price shown on https://sleepcomfibeds.co.uk at the time of order
“Force Majeure” means any event beyond the Company’s reasonable control
“the Website” means https://sleepcomfibeds.co.uk

The Company delivers only within England, Scotland, and Wales, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. GENERAL INFORMATION

3.1

Prices displayed on the Website remain valid until amended or withdrawn.

3.2

The Company reserves the right to amend prices at any time, including after an order has been placed, where errors or unforeseen circumstances occur.

3.3

Prices include VAT unless stated otherwise. Delivery charges may apply unless a free delivery promotion is active.

3.4

The Company may withdraw any product from sale at any time without liability.

3.5

Any agreed variation to an order may result in a price adjustment.

3.6

Any typographical, clerical, or photographic errors are subject to correction without liability.

3.7

All images, colours, dimensions, weights, and descriptions are approximate only. Colours may vary due to lighting, screen settings, or fabric batches. Headboards shown in images may be for illustration only unless included in the product description.

3.8

Bedframes must be assembled correctly. Beds placed on laminate or wooden flooring must use anti-slip pads under centre legs. Dragging a bed with a mattress fitted may cause structural damage and void warranties.

3.9

Mattresses and bases are handmade and supplied within a tolerance of ±2.5% of stated dimensions. Super King bases may be supplied in two halves. Fabric covers may vary due to supply availability.

4. CONTRACT & ORDERS

4.1

These Terms apply to every contract made through the Website.

4.2

A legally binding contract exists once payment has been received in full.

4.3

Any requested change after order placement constitutes a contract amendment.

4.4 CANCELLATIONS

Customer cancellations are subject to:

£30 administration fee + 5% of order value
Additional charge up to £40 if delivery is already scheduled

Cancellations must be requested via email.

4.5

Special order or made-to-measure items may incur a restocking fee up to 50%.
For hygiene reasons, unsealed mattresses and beds are non-returnable, except in the case of a manufacturing fault.

5. DELIVERY

5.1

Delivery dates are estimated and agreed where possible.

5.2

The Company aims to deliver within 28 days, but delays do not entitle cancellation or compensation.

5.3

Delivery times are approximate and not guaranteed.

5.4

Delivery may be completed in multiple consignments.

5.5

The Company may subcontract delivery services.

5.6

The Customer must ensure adequate access. Failed deliveries due to access issues may incur additional charges.

5.7

All goods must be checked within 48 hours of delivery. Any issues must be reported in writing.

5.8

Goods delivered unattended are left at the Customer’s risk.

5.9

Failed or missed 2-man deliveries may incur a minimum £60 re-delivery charge.

6. PRICE & PAYMENT

6.1

The Customer agrees to pay the full Price at checkout.

6.2

Delivery delays caused by the Customer may result in additional charges.

6.3

All prices include VAT where applicable.

6.4

Invoices are issued electronically upon order confirmation.

6.5

Returns from bundle deals are refunded based on individual product pricing.

7. PAYMENT METHODS

7.1

Payment must be made in full at time of order.

7.2

Accepted payment methods include debit and credit cards and approved payment gateways.

7.3

Late payments may incur interest at 4% above Bank of England base rate.

8. RISK & OWNERSHIP

8.1

Risk transfers to the Customer upon delivery.

8.2

Ownership remains with Sleep Comfi Beds LTD until full payment is received.

9. QUALITY OF GOODS

9.1

Goods are supplied in accordance with UK consumer legislation.

9.2

Natural materials may vary in appearance. Such variation does not constitute a fault.

10. WARRANTY

10.1

All goods include a minimum 12-month manufacturer’s warranty.

10.2

Extended warranties apply where specified and are subject to warranty terms.

10.3

Misuse, lack of care, or incorrect assembly voids warranty claims.

11. LIABILITY

11.1

Liability is limited to repair or replacement of faulty goods.

11.2

Maximum liability shall not exceed the invoice value.

11.3

The Company is not liable for indirect, consequential, or economic losses.

12. PRIVACY

Customer data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy available on

13. FORCE MAJEURE

The Company shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond its control.

14. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, images, designs, and literature remain the property of Sleep Comfi Beds LTD.

15. TERMINATION

The Company may terminate a contract if payment is not made or if insolvency occurs.

16. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the Company and the Customer.

17. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by English Law, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
