At Sleep Comfi Beds LTD, we specialise in premium, factory-direct beds, mattresses, headboards, and bedroom furniture. To ensure your order arrives safely and stress-free, we provide a Premium 2-Man Delivery Service on most items.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on product type, manufacturing schedules, and postcode location.


THE DISPATCH & DELIVERY PROCESS

Once your order is placed, the following steps take place:

  1. Your order is received and processed by our admin team

  2. Your item is picked or manufactured in-house as required

  3. Goods are quality-checked and prepared for dispatch

  4. Your order is passed to our specialist furniture logistics team

  5. Our delivery partner contacts you to arrange delivery

  6. Your order is delivered by two trained delivery professionals


HOW YOUR ORDER WILL BE DELIVERED

We do not rely on mainstream parcel couriers for large furniture items. Instead, we use specialist furniture delivery teams experienced in handling beds and mattresses.

This means:

  • Two professional delivery staff

  • Careful handling of all products

  • Reduced risk of damage

  • A smoother and safer delivery experience


ROOM OF CHOICE DELIVERY (OPTIONAL)

We offer Room of Choice Delivery for customers who want their order delivered directly into their chosen room.

  • Room of Choice Charge: £30.00

  • Delivery inside the property to your selected room

  • Clear access must be available

Important Notes:

  • Flats: Delivery up to the 3rd floor only unless a working lift is available

  • Houses: Delivery to the specified room

  • Tight staircases, narrow doorways, or restricted access may limit service


DELIVERY DAYS

  • Deliveries are carried out 7 days a week

  • Some bank holidays and public holidays may be excluded

SURCHARGE POSTCODES (UK MAINLAND)

Some mainland UK postcodes incur an additional charge due to increased logistics costs.

Surcharge Details:

  • £40.00 surcharge

  • 15 – 20 working days delivery

  • Orders will not be dispatched until surcharge payment is confirmed

Affected postcodes include (but are not limited to):

AB, CA, DD, DG, EH, G, FK, IP, KA, KY, KW, LL, NR, PA, PH, DT, PL, EX, TR, TQ

If your postcode is affected, we will contact you before dispatch.


NORTHERN IRELAND & OFFSHORE ISLANDS

Free delivery does not apply to Northern Ireland or offshore UK islands.

Delivery Charges:

  • £70.00 delivery charge

  • Delivery is front of property only

  • Pallet delivery service used

  • Dispatch only after payment confirmation

Areas include:

  • Northern Ireland (BT postcodes)

  • Isle of Man

  • Isle of Wight

  • Channel Islands

  • Scottish Islands

  • Any offshore UK island


ASSEMBLY / INSTALLATION SERVICE (OPTIONAL)

Professional assembly is available for your convenience.

  • Assembly / Installation Charge: £50.00

  • Must be booked in advance

  • Old beds must already be dismantled

  • We cannot dismantle old beds due to health & safety regulations


RECYCLING & DISPOSAL SERVICE (OPTIONAL)

We offer an eco-friendly recycling and disposal service.

  • £50.00 per bed set

  • Includes removal of old bed and packaging

  • Items are inspected and recycled or donated to UK charities where possible

  • Additional bed sets require advance enquiry


ACCEPTING YOUR DELIVERY

  • Please inspect items upon delivery

  • If goods are in good condition, sign the Proof of Delivery

  • If severely damaged, mark as “Damaged” and refuse delivery

  • Minor damage may be accepted if compensation is agreed at delivery


DAMAGE IN TRANSIT

  • Damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery

  • Goods and packaging must be retained for inspection

  • Claims reported after 24 hours may not be accepted


MISSING ITEMS

  • Missing items must be reported within 24 hours

  • Please check all items before assembly begins


IMPORTANT RECOMMENDATION

We strongly recommend not disposing of your old bed or mattress until:

  • Your new order has been delivered

  • All items have been checked for damage

Delivery delays can occasionally occur outside of our control.


FRAUD PREVENTION & SECURITY

To protect our customers:

  • ID verification may be requested if billing and delivery addresses differ

  • This is standard fraud-prevention practice

  • We do not store any customer card details
