Returns & Refunds

At Sleep Comfi Beds LTD, we want you to shop with confidence. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14-day returns period, subject to the conditions outlined below.


14-DAY RETURNS PERIOD

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to notify us if you wish to return an item.

To begin a return:

  • Contact our customer support team

  • We will guide you step-by-step through the process

Returns requested after 14 days may not be accepted.


CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS

To qualify for a return or refund, all items must:

  • Be unused

  • Be in original packaging

  • Be in re-saleable condition

  • Include all parts and components

⚠️ Returns without original packaging cannot be accepted or refunded.


COLLECTION & RETURN CHARGES

Due to the size and specialist handling required for beds and mattresses, return collections are chargeable.

Standard Return Collection Charges:
£59.99 collection charge per order

This charge will be deducted from your refund once the return is processed.


INSPECTION & REFUNDS

Once returned items are received at our depot:

  • Items will be inspected by our quality team

  • Items must be unused and in re-saleable condition

If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Refund Processing Time:
Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

Refunds may be refused if items show signs of use, damage, or missing packaging.


USED ITEMS & HYGIENE POLICY

For hygiene and safety reasons:

  • Used beds or mattresses cannot be returned

  • Opened mattresses or toppers are non-returnable

  • Returns are accepted for used items only if a manufacturing fault is confirmed

This policy complies with UK hygiene and consumer protection regulations.


MADE-TO-ORDER ITEMS

Made-to-order or custom products are not eligible for returns or refunds unless faulty.

This includes items manufactured to customer specifications.


DAMAGED OR MISSING ITEMS

In the unlikely event your order arrives damaged or incomplete:

You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery and provide:

  • Photos of the damaged or missing items

  • Photos of the packaging

We will assess the issue and arrange:

  • Replacement parts, or

  • A repair, or

  • A replacement item

⚠️ Claims reported after 24 hours may not be accepted.


RETURNING MATTRESSES

For hygiene reasons:

  • Opened or used mattresses cannot be returned

  • Sealed, unused mattresses may be returned

Mattress Return Charges:
£60.00 per order
£45.00 per additional item

These charges will be deducted from the refund.


RETURNING BEDS, BASES & HEADBOARDS

Unused bed frames, bases, or headboards may be returned within 14 days if unused and in original packaging.

Charges:
£60.00 per order
£45.00 per additional item


CANCELLATIONS BEFORE DELIVERY

If you wish to cancel after 24 hours of placing your order but before delivery:

Cancellation Charges:
£60.00 per order
£45.00 per additional item

After 24 hours, orders enter manufacturing and logistics systems and costs are incurred.


IMPORTANT NOTES

  • Returns without authorisation may be refused

  • Items must be made accessible for collection

  • Failure to make goods available for collection may delay refunds
